Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware are open from 8:00AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and Victorian public holidays. You can of course, purchase from our website at any time of day or night, 365 days a year.

For Custom Orders under $500, we require payment in advance.
For Custom Orders over $500, we require a 50% deposit. Custom orders for items such as fuel rails, etc are non returnable, so please measure your dimensions carefully.
Custom items manufactured correctly to customers' order are non refundable.
Off-the-shelf items are often shipped within 1 business day. As many of our items are custom made, or a customized kit of parts needs to be assembled to fulfill your order, in these cases, we will communicate with you directly and keep you informed regarding your orders specific shipping time frame.
Within Australia, we generally use Australia Post Express Post or E-Parcel services. Internationally, we use Pack & Track, Express Courier International (ECI), or DHL.
If you place an order online with us, you will be able to choose your preferred method from the above list.
- International Buyers please note that Import Duties, Taxes and other charges are a buyers responsibility.

PaPal are offering to refund your return shipping until July 31st 2015. You must log into your PayPal account and activate the service within your account.

Speed Technology Trading as EFI Hardware offers the manufacturers warranty only. As these are specialty products a trade professional should be used for the fitment and calibration to ensure a successful outcome. We take no responsibility for the improper fitment or duty of care in fitting and or calibrating supplied products. We limit the warranty to the cost of the of the product only. We are not liable for any labor for diagnoses, fitting or refitting. Any freight costs for return are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due process must take place which requires us to send the component(s) to our supplier to verify the warranty is valid. If successful we will then offer the purchaser an exchange or refund by the same method it was purchased.

We would like to determine what your specific problem is and work out the best solution for you. It may mean that you keep the current item you have, and we ship you something additional to complete your installation.

Returns must be authorized with Speed Technology before the goods are shipped.
Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware will allow unused products to be returned at the discretion of Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware, where the goods are returned to Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware in new and resalable condition and proof of purchase is supplied by the purchaser. Any tampering, attempted repair or modification to our supplied product will void warranty. In this case it will be at the discretion of Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware as to whether a charged for repair is an option or not.
NOTE: Custom or special ordered items are not included in the standard Product Returns schedule.

Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware will offer a complete refund or exchange where products or goods have arrived at the customer's location in a damaged condition.
Custom items manufactured correctly to customers' order are non refundable or exchangeable.
Order has arrived incomplete or missing items - We have a process in place to ensure orders go out complete and all parts accounted for. How ever if you have a missing Part(s) you have a 14 day window to make a claim that this has happened.
The refund mechanism will usually be the same as the process you used to buy the item from us.
Speed Technology trading as EFI Hardware will not be held liable for order specification or project outcome. We take no responsibility for other items that we have not supplied that become part of the project.
Ownership of Goods:
Goods will remain in the ownership of Speed Technology P/L trading as EFI Hardware until the invoice pertaining to the goods is paid in full including any shipping charges.
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
