These billet throttle bodies are CNC machined. The butterflies are measured for each bore & precision machined to a 0.01mm tolerance. Butterflies are secured to centreless ground brass shafts with split screws to ensure reliability and serviceability. All are fitted with bearings rather than bushes to eliminate axial shaft movement. Housing to shaft lip seals installed behind bearings for extra sealing under high vacuum. O'ring seals on front and rear mounting faces. These will bolt up to Weber DCOE manifolds with cap screws. The front race has standard 65mm screw centers for Weber DCOE air filters and ramtubes (Vacuum port for map sensor optional extra)
